DECORATORS ACCOUNT
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Where applicable, these terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions attached.
  2. The decorator account is issued by Sotran Dekorativ, to the person nominated in terms of the application
    form, at our sole and absolute discretion, on full completion of the application form and receipt of the
    required business documentation for a new application. You confirm that all information provided in the
    application is true, complete, current, and accurate.
  3. The account will only be issued to you if you provide us with sufficient proof that your company/business
    is registered to render decorating, property development and/or hospitality services.
    Documentation verifying this status to accompany this Application.
  4. The account will be ready for purchasing within 10 (ten) working days after we accept of your application.
  5. Your account, which has a unique 6-digit account code, will be available for use immediately after it has
    been issued to you.
  6. You will be entitled to 20% (twenty percent) discount (“the Discount”) on full priced Sotran Dekorativ
    merchandise only, until such time as we revoke the account in writing or verbally. The Discount will only
    apply to goods in store and not to any services provided by Sotran Dekorativ, for example, CMT costs,
    transport costs, etc. The Decorator account cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion. You may
    select and choose the higher of the two discounts for your purchase. We may, in our sole and absolute
    discretion, exclude the discount from promotional offers.
  7. You must keep your account details private and only you may use the account. A separate application
    must be completed for each nominated person authorized to make purchases on behalf of the
    business/company that you represent. We will use our sole discretion to issue a secondary account
    profile to such other representative upon receipt of all the necessary documentation.
  8. Goods can only be dispatched once fully paid. Goods which are paid for but held by Sotran for longer
    than 30 days will attract storage fees of 2.5% of the invoice value.
  9. Payment for purchases must reflect the full purchase value at the time of purchase. We accept cash,
    debit, and credit cards as well as internet electronic fund transfers as payment, but no cheques will be
    accepted.
  10. The credit derived from Items returned within the Sotran policy framework maybe used to offset monies
    due on new orders (all terms and conditions to apply)
  11. Exchanges or alterations will be at your cost if not explicitly agreed to in writing by all parties.
  12. All logistics costs stemming from the above to be at your cost.
  13. Sales orders will need a min 75% deposit which is nonrefundable.
  14. You agree that the address that you have provided on the application form is the address where we must
    send all communication and that such communication will be binding on you. You must let us know in
    writing if you change any of your contact details.
  15. You will not use, reformat, adapt, vary, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written
    consent.
  16. We may amend or replace the Account Terms at any time, and you will be bound to any changes made.
