Refunds & Exchanges
• Exchanges for online purchases can be arranged within 7 days of the purchase date under certain conditions.
• Delivery charges are not refundable unless Sotran is at fault.
• Furniture purchases carry a one-year warranty for manufacturing faults and may be subject to wear and tear value deduction in the case of long-term replacements.
• Fair use policy applies – (Must be used as intended – No direct sunlight or rain)
Backorders & Order Products
Listed prices will change when ordering a product that is not currently in stock as the Rand/USD exchange rate and shipping cost change daily and affect pricing.

Sizes may also differ slightly – bigger or smaller +- 5cm on small items and +- 20cm on large furniture because items are handmade.
