Refund Policy:

  • We do not do refunds – but exchanges can be arranged within 7 days of purchase date under certain conditions. Original purchase slip will be required.
  • Return of stock merchandise due to a manufacturing defect must be authorised by head office. This takes a minimum of 7 working days.
  • Exchanges and appro’s will attract a 10% handling fee.
  • No appro’s without prior approval from management – appro’s between Monday to Thursday only – No appro’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Carefully inspect all accessories purchased before you take them – Defects not detected before leaving the store will not be acknowledged.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.
