How long will it take to receive my order?
Dispatch is within 3 business days. Small items (under 15 kg) arrive in 1 to 3 days in Gauteng and up to 5 days in remote areas.
What is your refund and return policy?
We give cash refunds for faulty items. In store purchases can be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt, and online purchases within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Does your furniture carry a warranty?
Yes. Our furniture carries a 3 year warranty, so you can buy with peace of mind.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Can I make changes to my delivery?
You can change your address or delivery date before your order is dispatched. Contact us on 011 894 6950 or info@sotran.co.za as soon as possible.
Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
Cancellations must reach us before the order is processed and dispatched. Cancelled orders carry a 10% administration fee.
What are your payment options?
Pay online by card (Visa and Mastercard) through Payfast, or with Mobicred, SnapScan or Instant EFT. Payflex lets you pay over 6 weeks with no interest or fees.
