What's covered.

• Frame — 15-year warranty against structural defects in the frame.
• Foam fill — 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Stitching workmanship — 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Sofa feet — 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase.

Please retain your warranty card and original receipt as proof of purchase. Both will be required for any warranty claim to be processed.

How to make a claim.

If something needs attention, send us a quick email with a description of the issue, clear photos, and your proof of purchase attached. We'll get back to you with the next steps within 1–2 working days.

• Tell us when the piece was delivered and where it currently lives

What's not covered.

Like any warranty, this one has its limits — and they're the usual ones:

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Fading or fabric damage from prolonged direct sunlight
• Modifications, repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Sotran
