Caring for the candle and getting the longest burn

Premium scented candles burn longer and throw scent more consistently when treated with a few care habits.

On the first burn, allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt across the full surface of the vessel, which usually takes one to two hours depending on the room temperature. This prevents the candle from tunnelling down the centre on subsequent burns, which both shortens the candle’s life and reduces the scent throw.
