Q: What bar or counter height does the Trio Bar Stool suit?
A: The Trio has a 115cm total height, designed to pair with true bar counters typically sitting at 105cm to 110cm in surface height. This makes it ideal for home bars, pub-style installations and taller entertainment counters. For standard 90cm kitchen counter or breakfast bar surfaces, a shorter counter stool would be a better fit. Please measure your counter's surface height before ordering to confirm the Trio's proportions work for your space.
Q: Does the Trio Bar Stool include a backrest or armrests?
A: Please contact our Boksburg HQ, Fourways or Somerset West team before ordering to confirm the current stock configuration for backrest and armrest details, which can vary between production runs. Our team will confirm exact specifications and can share additional images for your specific unit.
Q: What is the Trio Bar Stool made from and where does it come from?
A: The stool is crafted from solid wood with a natural finish, originating from Indonesia. Because it is made from natural timber and each stool is hand-finished, unique grain patterns, tonal shifts and slight variations mean every piece carries its own distinct character. The Indonesian craftsmanship gives the piece authentic rustic tropical heritage.
Q: What warranty and delivery does the Trio Bar Stool come with?
A: The solid wood construction is covered under the standard 3-year furniture warranty applicable to Sotran solid wooden furniture, and the swivel mechanism is covered under the standard chair warranty (full terms available on our Furniture Warranty and Couches & Occasional Chairs Warranty pages). Delivery is nationwide across South Africa with an estimated window of 4 to 10 business days. Collection is also available from our Boksburg HQ, Fourways (Design Quarter) and Somerset West stores.
