Shop the next container — before it lands.
Browse our incoming stock weeks before it reaches the showroom floor. Enquire on the pieces you want and one of our sales consultants will hold the piece for you until it arrives.
First look, first choice.
Our buyer photographs each piece at the warehouse before the container leaves. We code, price and list every item three to four weeks before it lands in our showrooms — so our most considered clients always get first pick.

Enquire on the piece
Click "Reserve / Enquire" on any piece, then pick the consultant for your nearest showroom. They'll come back to you on WhatsApp within the business day to confirm the piece and walk you through next steps.
First in line on landing
Once arrangements are confirmed with your consultant, the piece is held for you. When stock lands and clears our quality check, you're first to be notified and booked into the earliest delivery slot.

A few things to know first.
- 01 A 50% deposit is required to reserve. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit reflects. Your consultant will send the deposit details on WhatsApp when you message.
- 02 ETA on arrivals can change. Shipping is subject to factors outside our control — customs clearance, weather delays and port congestion can shift the landing date. We pass on any updates as soon as we have them.
- 03 Pieces are hand-crafted before they ship. Once unpacked, some pieces may require gentle care or settling time — this can occasionally cause short delays before delivery.
- 04 Images are as accurate as possible. The photographs are samples of what has been loaded into the container — small details may differ on the piece you receive, since each one is hand-finished individually.
How pre-arrivals work.
What is an Early Bird Pre-Arrival?
A pre-arrival is a piece of furniture that has been bought by our buyer, photographed at the source warehouse, coded and priced — but has not yet arrived in our South African showrooms. We list these pieces ahead of time so our most considered clients can choose first.
Why are the photographs different to the rest of the site?
Pre-arrival photos are taken by our buyer at the source warehouse — not in our studio. They are honest reference shots that show the piece as it is, before the studio photography happens once stock lands. Once a piece arrives, we replace the buyer photo with the full studio set.
How do I reserve a piece?
Click "Reserve / Enquire" on any piece and pick the consultant for your nearest showroom — Keletso (Design Quarter), Bianca (Somerset West), Emmy (Website Orders & Delivery) or Kenny (Boksburg). Your chosen consultant comes back to you on WhatsApp within the business day to confirm the piece and walk you through payment and delivery. Reservations are managed personally, not through automated checkout.
What if the piece doesn't meet expectations on arrival?
Every reserved piece is checked against our quality standard when it lands. If we judge that a piece does not meet that standard, your consultant will let you know before delivery and any payment made is refunded in full or applied to another piece — your choice.
Can I see a pre-arrival piece in the showroom first?
Pre-arrival pieces are by definition not yet on the floor. Once the container clears customs you can view your reserved piece in the warehouse holding area within 48 hours of arrival, before it is moved to the showroom or scheduled for delivery — your consultant will let you know as soon as it has landed.
