Yes, we deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the item ordered. Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Larger furniture items may require freight delivery and will be quoted accordingly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with delivery details. Our team may also contact you to confirm delivery arrangements for larger furniture items.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or solution where applicable.
Most furniture items are delivered fully assembled, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If assembly is required, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
For larger furniture deliveries, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, additional delivery fees may apply.
Standard delivery is to the entrance of the premises. If access is difficult (stairs, narrow doorways, long distances, etc.), please notify us beforehand so we can advise accordingly.
Weekend deliveries can be arranged on request. Please contact us on 072 048 6109 or email weborders@sotran.co.za with your order number to make the necessary arrangements.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery for small items (under 15kg/vol) takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Gauteng: 1–3 business days
Remote areas: up to 5 business days
Larger furniture items delivered via freight may take up to an additional 9 business days.
You may also collect your order from Sotran Boksburg, Design Quarter (Fourways), or Sotran Somerset West (Cape Town) once availability at the branch has been confirmed.
Weekend collections must be arranged during the week to ensure your order is prepared.
