4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, stock availability, and external factors.
4.3 Standard delivery usually takes between 4 to 10 working days.
4.4 We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services.
4.5 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional delivery charges may apply for failed or re-scheduled deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  1. Delivery Fees

5.1 Delivery fees are calculated based on the order size, weight, and location, and will be disclosed at checkout.
5.2 Free delivery promotions, if any, will be subject to terms specified in the promotion.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 You may return a product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
