Industrial Hayloft Bed With Storage

The Hayloft range is meticulously crafted from high-quality, eco-friendly Mango wood. Mango wood is a sustainable choice as the trees are only harvested for furniture after they have finished their fruit-bearing lifespan.

Yes, the industrial-style metal frames and accents are designed to provide sturdy support and are finished to complement the rustic aesthetic while ensuring long-term durability.

Because we use natural solid wood, each piece in the Hayloft range boasts unique grain patterns and natural characteristics. This means your piece will be a one-of-a-kind “standout” addition to your home.

The sideboards feature a smooth-gliding barn-door style mechanism on an iron track. This design is perfect for saving space in narrow hallways or dining areas, as you don’t need extra clearance for swinging doors.

Most major pieces in the Hayloft range, like the sideboards and TV units, are delivered fully assembled or require minimal attachment of the metal frames, ensuring structural integrity.

The Hayloft Plasma Unit features a heavy-duty industrial metal frame combined with solid hardwood construction, designed to support large flat-screen TVs and substantial media equipment, with a maximum weight capacity of 100kg.

We offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty on all our wooden furniture items, including the Hayloft range, covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity.

Yes, Sotran offers nationwide delivery across South Africa for all items in the Hayloft range purchased online.

Absolutely. The Hayloft range is designed as a “bridge” style. The clean lines of the iron frames provide the modern edge needed for contemporary apartments, while the warm Mango wood adds the texture required for traditional or farmhouse homes. It’s a perfect way to soften a “cold” modern room.

Yes. Because Mango wood has a diverse color palette (ranging from light oak tones to darker streaks), it is very “forgiving.” It pairs beautifully with lighter oaks or even darker teak pieces. Our recommendation is to use a neutral rug to ground the pieces if you are mixing wood types.

Most mass-market furniture uses “veneer” (thin slices of wood over MDF). The Hayloft range is hand-crafted from solid Mango wood. This means it is heavier, more durable, and can be sanded or refinished years down the line, making it a true investment piece rather than a temporary fixture.

While we strive to showcase our most popular pieces like the Hayloft Sideboards and Coffee Tables at all branches, floor stock varies by location. If you are looking for a specific item, we recommend calling your preferred branch or sending a WhatsApp to our central line (084 424 3612) to confirm it is currently on the floor for viewing.

If the item is in stock at the branch’s warehouse, you are welcome to arrange your own collection. Alternatively, our staff can assist you in-store with scheduling a professional delivery to your home.
