A 120 × 65 × 51cm one-off coffee table featuring a repurposed antique panel with intricate geometric carvings, weathered wash finish, ornate scalloped apron, and classic turned legs

The Teal Carved Coffee Table is a 120cm coffee table featuring a repurposed antique panel as its central design feature. This is a one-off piece, with the unique panel and the hand-finishing meaning the table delivered is the only one of its kind in the range. Each table carries intricate geometric carvings and a weathered wash finish that highlight the wood’s aged beauty. The rectangular silhouette is defined by an ornate scalloped apron and classic turned legs, providing sturdy craftsmanship and visual interest, while the textured tabletop offers a surface for refreshments or curated living room decor.

The repurposed antique panel construction is the design feature worth understanding. The panel on the tabletop is salvaged from older architectural elements, meaning the geometric carvings, the surface character, and the weathered patina exist already from decades of previous life rather than being newly produced for the piece. The textured tabletop surface reads as authentic heritage craft rather than as factory-produced furniture, with each panel carrying its own character.

The intricate geometric carvings across the panel catch light and shadow across the tabletop surface, reading clearly from across the room. The weathered wash finish sits across the carved wood with the timber’s natural warmth visible beneath the wash, rather than masking the wood under uniform colour.

The ornate scalloped apron sits beneath the tabletop edge, contributing carved decorative character to the side profile of the table. The classic turned legs continue the heritage carving vocabulary down to the floor, with the turned profile reading as traditional furniture craft rather than as modern minimal table design.

The combination of rustic soul and timeless character brings a sense of history and artisanal charm into the home, suiting any lounge, sitting area, or sunroom.

This is a piece for buyers who want a one-off heritage coffee table with repurposed antique panel work, intricate geometric carvings, weathered wash character, and traditional turned-leg silhouette, working in lounges, sitting areas, and sunrooms with vintage, rustic, or heritage-inspired styling sensibility. Worth knowing: once this piece sells, that specific table is no longer available, since the repurposed antique panel construction means each unit is genuinely one of a kind.

What to pair the Teal Carved Coffee Table with

The repurposed antique panel and the weathered wash finish make this coffee table a natural anchor for a layered lounge, with the heritage carving giving the room a focal moment that other furniture can build around. Pair it with primary seating from our Couches or Cloud Couches collections, with flanking pieces from our Arm Chairs and Side Tables ranges completing the seating zone around the table.

For a rug beneath the coffee table that anchors the seating arrangement, browse our Rugs collection. To extend the heritage character to the walls and surface styling, pieces from our Paintings and Pots and Vases collections work naturally with the table’s rustic, traditional vocabulary.

For palette coordination across the room, browse our Brown Furniture and Decor range, and for pieces that share the table’s hand-carved, traditional Indian craft character, our Vintage Retro and Indian Furniture ranges carry furniture and decor in the same styling vocabulary.

FAQ

What does "repurposed antique panel" mean for this piece?
The tabletop panel is salvaged from an older architectural element rather than being newly produced. The geometric carvings, the surface character, and the weathered patina exist already from decades of previous life as part of the original panel, with the panel then incorporated into the coffee table construction. The panel's previous history is preserved as part of the finished piece.

Will I receive this specific table shown in the photos?
Yes. This is a one-off piece with only one in stock, so the table you receive is the table shown in the product photographs. Unlike products available in supplier batches, the photographed unit is the unit that ships.
