Warranty & Delivery

Warranty: Covered by Sotran’s 3-year warranty on wooden furniture, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage includes defects in timber, joinery and hardware, defects from the build process, and structural integrity issues. Repairs are handled at Sotran’s discretion, with replacement or refund where repair isn’t possible. Within 30km of the Boksburg workshop, transport for warranty repairs is at Sotran’s cost; outside that radius, transport is the customer’s responsibility. Not covered: misuse, exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, prolonged direct sunlight), normal wear and tear, or modifications made by anyone other than Sotran.
